Auction property delay in taking possesion

I bought property 1 year back. During that time itself possession order was there. But still bank and agency is delaying in getting support from police for taking physical possession. What is the remedy to me as a buyer
A.Hello sir,
If you can prove that your property was attached before time limit and you had amount to pay dues then you can challenge the classification. You can file an application under SARFESI section 17 to recover the possession as NPA is not done by following the guidelines of the RBI.
