I have married on 18 Apr 2015 registered marriage (special marriage act ) and on 22 Apr 2015 hindu ritual marriage..But my wife is not with me from 8 Apr 2016...I have filled sec 9 rcr ( hindu marriage act ). But against lawyer has given petition for reject it as it will come under sec 22 rcr ( special marriage act ) not in section 9 ( hindu marriage act ).. My lawyer can do amendment on it ? Is there any judgments ?
I am single child and I have only one son.. I have last saw him at his 3 month of age but still I can’t see him.. He is now 3 years. There are no 498A/ 307 against me…

A.dear client kindly consult with your lawyer and ask your conducting advocate can do the necessary amendment by filing an application under Order 6 Rule 17 read with section 151 of CPC seeking amendment in the plaint. No need of any precedent.

A.your conducting advocate can do the necessary amendment by filing an application under Order 6 Rule 17 read with section 151 of CPC seeking amendment in the plaint. No need of any precedent

A.Yes .it is right . U can file case according to special marriage act . Because it was registered under this act . Ur lawyer can suggest u properly please don't move anywhere
