Parent's property cheated by own brother Parent's property cheated by own brother

My parent's agri land of 1.4 acres and 7 cents of house plot near Tiruvannamalai was registered on his name by elder brother during 2004 by
1.brainwashing his 3 sisters & 2 brothers
2.Just giving 10k for each sister and 70k to only his next brother and giving lots of fake commitments that he will take care in future
3.I am younger brother and he didn't give any single amount for me,we have proof
So many times I asked to settle the amount ,eveytime he told financially stuck with family
issues he will settle later.Year 2008 I fedup ,asked to give back my share of lands ,shouted  and said finally give later  ,i escalated this to his elder son who is working in singapore ,he replied by mail that the issue is between you and your brother I can't give single rupee. Also my father is no meaning to me why I have to pay for him.Elder brother (who is cheating us) was registered the lands multiple times to his wife name then to both his sons name frequently after we started asking our share. We sent lawyer notice for partition, but he refused to receive , my advocate (St.LSukumar )
himself is not confident
in this case and not assuring for success, so please suggest me what next and I need good lawyer at Tiruvannamalai , who can get success in this case
