I had brought a flat in 2020 and registered the document in 2021 and MOD done.Now another bank has given a sarfaesi notice to another borrower that he has not paid the loan hence they are taking possession.But that bank has not registered any documents with that borrower.Only thing they have done is Cersei registration in 2019.Iam actually the legal owner with registered document.How legally aim safe .
