Dear Sir
Maine ne atgoan shahpur area flat liya hai.builder ne advance 2 saal ka maintenace liya hai .possession date 20.09.2016 and completed maintenance 20.09.2018.builder ne 1st October 2018 se maintenance bill dena chalu kiya hai without intimation and pehle maintenance bill per sq.ft 1.50 tha.abhi uskne 2.20 bill bheja hai.without intimation.couple time warning pay the maintenance aur basic necessities complete nahi kiya hai for example water, transport and other aminites. is liye hum logo society handover nahi le rahe hai.phir hum logo society handover le.without basic necessities. socierty handover leke koi time bar nahi hai na?
Pls advise karo kya action

A.Dear client,you have not mentioned the full facts of the case, however you can talk with the society mgt. and ask the reasons thereof. then after legal notice you can write a letter to co-operative society office, govt. For details, pl. contact someadvocate through vidhikarya.com

A.Dear if all flat owners got possession then u should register your own society. Ur duty to establish Ur society. Maintenance also applicable on society but it is decided by management body
