Restriction on number of tenants

I have a 3 bedroom flat in otherwise 1/2 bedroom society.. I have been giving on rent since last 6 years.. Society has recently restricted on number or tenants to 4 staying in single apartment forgetting I have a 3 bedroom apartment. Can I have 5/6 bachelors or girls in my apartment?

You have AOA or society, and as per terms of apartment or society Bye-Laws agreed upon by all members . you should adhere to rules,terms and conditions,if need consult a Lawyer to avoid further complication.
