Property issues - dad earned in 1995 to 1998

My dad earned in 1995 to 1998 and gave all the money to his mother via his brother. The mother bought land in her name with my father's money. The mother admitted this and theres recording of it too. The land his brother built house on was bought with my father's money. His mother says this too.When my grandma was alive she never divided the property. My dad is 55 now . She died last summer. He needed money for medical urgency. So he agreed with his brother to write his share in the land in his name for one property which was bought before my dad earned. But while signing he gave draft to sign which my dad read but the original he changed the amount from 7 50000 to 300000 and instead of 1 acre got dign for 1.80 acre. His siblings are 2sisters 2 brothers one died in 2015. In death certificate the dead brothers family the brother did not include which made it unnecessary for the dead brothers family to sign.
