A.You have not stated relevant Court Orders. On obtaining the Order you should have issued direction to vacate as per the Court Order and obtain his signature.Now take help of local authorities, find out has any relief against the order & consult a Lawyer for further advice,

As iI already take his signature i am a landlord . Can i go to police station to take help from them by showing order and vacant the house .

Yes,but give one more opportunity expressing your urgent requirement & try for amicable vacation, Police help only as a last resort as the law for protection of the weaker in your case the tenant. All the best.
