Non disclosure by seller of land Non disclosure by seller of land

I have purchased a land from a owner and completed mutation from BLRO , before purchasing I did land searching by the lawyer, but now after six months when I am trying to change the character of land from "sali" To "Bastu", I am coming to know it's a wetland, I have paid all my stamp duty and charges. So can I take legal action against the seller and government for not telling the facts properly?

A.Dear Client,
You can proceed to take legal action against whoever supplied you with the wrong information. But, wetlands are heritage estate of states and the biodiversity. You can initiate charges against the seller for misinformation.
