Parking allotment problem

In my parking area some other people park there car and say its there parking and when i sy to show there parking map in deed then they sy in 2006 parking map was not given to them during resistant so i want to know if its true that during 2006 jharkhand government was not providing parking map in deed?

A.lodge a complaint with the local police for trespassing in your property. What is there in your deed is your property. Alternatively you can move the civil court by filing a suit of declaration of ownership of the parking space along with an injunction restraining the opposite party from infringing your rights.
