Me and my bf bought a property in our joint name . I changed my name to his surname in gazette to add in property. However now I married someone else, need to change name to new marriage surname and also remove name from property. Please advice

A.dear client if its a residential flat, ask your boyfriend to buy your part of the share in the property. If it's a land, then file a partition suit in the court.kindly consult with local property lawyer.

A.Dear Madam,
Yes, it is possible.
First, the name of your b/f has to be removed from the first property.
How to settle it your business if you have purchased the property together.
Next step... change your surname if you like and that too another Affidavit clearing mentioning everything in order to avoid the future problem.
Then, change the property document to your name either to your maiden name or title of your husband/bf.But, it will take time. and possible.
Choice is yours.
