Will of a homemaker for her property.
My grandfather purchased a commercial property on the name of my grandmother who was homemaker. Does she has right to give this property to anyone through her will without the knowledge of or only my grandfather has that right.
A.Dear Client
If the property was purchased by your grandfather using his own funds, then he has the right to decide how the property is disposed of, regardless of whether it is in your grandmother's name. Please seek an expert legal advice over this matter.
