My father died in 2019 & mother died in 1997. We are 3 sibling .myself son & 2 daughters . Father has made a will on my name on a stamp paper with dr fitness certificate but hasnt registered it. Both the witness on will are my sisters . I hv already transfered my name on electricity bill & house tax bill . Pl let me know the total final process for completion of transfer of property on my name with clear titles so tht in future in case of my death my wife becomes the legal heir . Also note ours is a apartment & not a cooperative society. Also i hv acquired noc affidavit from 1 sister for transfer of property on my name.
