Patta or TSLR extract transfer Patta or TSLR extract transfer

I have a house property in Velachery Chennai. The property was purchased in 2003 in my mother' name. we received manual patta in the name of the seller. We did not apply for transfer of patta in my mother's name as I was working in North India at that time. Later my mother transferred the property in my name by way of settlement deed in 2010. During the switch over to online patta in 2016, the Dept incorporated seller's father name in the online patta records. Last year I applied for Patta or TSLR trf with Thasildar through online with all the records. They never bothered but issued the patta in the old wrong name only. Again through contacts I applied and it was declined. My request with the department that it was their mistake in updating the records in wrong name did not have takers. What is my next step to get the TSLR in my name.

A.Dear Client,
Contact the department, visit and get it rectified with the tehsildar. Consult a local advocate as property laws differ from state to state basis.
