A.Dear Client

If your relative has built a bathroom on a road that is not his property and is blocking your access to your own property, you may need to take legal action. If your relative is claiming a share of the road, you will need to negotiate a settlement or take the matter to court to establish ownership and resolve the dispute. Please seek an expert legal advice over this matter.
