Before forming the society the people have shoe rack but now society form and they are saying removes the shoe rack and telling 169a law will be enforce . in my floor my neighbors is also not having problem for the shoe rack. What to do next can you suggest something ? we don't want any to keep the shoe rack as it will be unhygienic for all the person in the home .we have already tell them that you can suggest measurement for the shoe rack henceforth.

A.Dear Client,
In this particular situation, if the shoe rack is causing hinderance to public passage, then it will be a cause of nuisance. If space does not seem to be an issue, you can write to the building committee regarding the same.
