A.Dear Client

To transfer the property in your names, you need to obtain a copy of the patta from the local revenue department. Additionally, you need to follow the process of obtaining a legal heir certificate and a succession certificate from the court. Finally, you will have to draft and register a transfer deed with the local land registration authority. Please seek expert legal advice over this matter.
