Fir is closed saying simply they did not find any clues. The theft happend 1 year ago and we lost 20L worth jewels and now suddenly they said they are closing fir because they did not find any clue. They did not even come once to my home for any kind of investigation. How can we re open the case , please help.

A.Dear Sir,
If it is closed you may approach concerned Magistrate Court by filing objections but it may not result anything. You may approach High Court and get your file and investigation to be done by higher police officers who are in the cadre of IPS.
