Respected Sir,
If there are no maintainance for minor child not mentioned in the petetion of a mutual divorce then can the wife claim maintanence after get divorce? In this case child custody is under mother but mother do a small job, is there any chance that the non custodial father claim the child as the mother does not earn more?

A.Dear Madam,
Unless specifically not waived off such maintenance of the child. The mother of the child may claim monthly maintenance from the father of the child even after divorce.
