amar’s relationship with his nephews have soured. amar is now being actively ignored and neglected by them. the situation has worsened to the extent that ramesh and suresh have forcefully encroached upon the amar’s part of the ancestral house and have confined all of amar’s possessions to a single room. amar is now left with little privacy and personal space. the situation escalated when amar was cornered in his own house and was ill-treated and neglected by his relatives.what are amar rights as part hindu undivided family nad his rights on ancestral property /
