Hi..I am living seperated from my husband since last 7 years and i have a daughter.. Recently my husband is bk asking for joint custody and divorce..while i have my other litigation 498,406,125 going on..which he is seeking to be closed by me.please advise if i am not sign for divorce first motion so can I deny the for 2nd motion sign or anyone can force me to do that.. if the things go well between us till that time??as I really want to reconsider for this marriage though my husband is not so positive for it but I really want to rethink about this.plz help and advise..
