Civil case - case going on in Dera Bassi civil court rgds the flat

Sir, I hv a case going on in Dera Bassi civil court rgds the flat / appt which I own in my neighbouring society........I had some legal issues with the society for non payment of maintenance charges ..........the case has been resolved in my favour as my appt was lying vacant I was not suppose to pay the maintenance charges........now for final verdict I had to present in the court for Evidence.....but I missed the date twice as I was not able to go due to some health issues.......NXT date is in the mnth of July 23.........my query is that do I have to be present for Evidence
or my Lawyer can get the final verdict without my presence or is there any other alternative.......pls advice

Your evidence is necessary as final verdict is not given. It seems you have got only interim order. For final verdict you have to be present yourself and give your oral or affidavit evidence then the other side advocate may cross examine you and it will take long time otherwise your suit will be dismissed.
