My father expired and all his ancestral and self earned property of him are registered to his wife I mean my mother. Now she wants to make will, she wants to divide ancestral property equally to all children but self earned property of father she wants to write to only one son as her wish in will. Can this be done by her in will

A.Dear Sir,
Her approach is wrong and you may file a suit for partition and get interim injunction not to alienate in any manner by your mother in favour of any of her children.
