My husband had filled judicial seperation case on me.
And interim is decided 6000 and 7700 litigation.
My husband is BAMS MD and running his own clinic and earning handsome amount.
I am living in matrimonial with my 1.5 years old daughter.
Now my advocate is asking me to move to chandigarh high court for this maintainence.
Should i move ?

Yes, if you require more maintenance you have to approach Higher Court.

A.If u are unhappy then go to the high court. Otherwise don't move ahead

A.Dear Client,
This is very simple nothing to do with the law.
If you are happy with the amount for the time being then do not go to the High Court.
If you unhappy/ not satisfied with the money given by your husband then you have the option to go to the High Court.
Incidentally the maintenance is given taking in to consideration of certain things.Ask your Advocate he/she will tell you.
Now the choice is yours.

Thank you for the reply sir.
One more thing, actually section 125 maintainence case is also going from my side.
When i move to court for interim previous case judicial seperation then whether it will effect crpc 125.
Or should i take back ths case ?
