Car parking space allotment agreement problem Car parking space allotment agreement problem

Sir, our apportment is block of 4 houses. Our builder initially alloted only flat to all owners as possession certificate. In front , there is a covered car parking and subsequently he alloted marked parking space for all owners in letter format to avoid misunderstanding between owners. Now one owner says that parking is common parking and that is only letter format & not valid... Is this allotment letter by builder legally valid ? Thanks in advance

A.Take up the matter strongly with the Builder to clarify and specify the parking space to resolve the misunderstanding arisen between the flat owners failing which matter may be brought to the notice of concerned Consumers Affairs of the Govt. for a better resolution.
