A gentleman got a certain portion of agricultural lands by partition deed from his father out of ancestral property inherited by his father. He had no business and only lived on agricultural income earned by him. Subsequently, out of this income generated, he had bought certain agricultural properties in his name. During his lifetime, can he write a will gifting one of these properties to one of his legal heirs leaving out other legal heirs?
