A.Dear Client,
Being aware of nature and past of your husband you agreed to tie a not with your husband years before compromising with and accepting all these facts. So, past may be treated as past otherwise if past comes between present and future both will be at stake.

Further, even you possess sufficient reasons and valid proof against your husband, the cause of action for which you intend to file a case now for abatement of facts might have been barred by time under the Limitation Act by the passing of time. Even in case condoning the delay your petition is allowed by the Court your failed to prove the case against your husband the possibility of adverse order against you for the false allegation that damage the status and position of the defendant husband may not be ruled out.
