We have a joint property of a family members 5
According to judge we all have equal share in the land
But the land is 2ktha only in urban
Sir how to file partition as other parties are not agreed to it
But I need my share anyhow to get loan from the bank

There is no way to handle the matter without the cooperation of other shareholders of the property. On your approach to other shareholders if thay agreed to leave their share on the partition of property then you can hope for a resolution in the matter. But that kind of NOC of other shareholders should be written in the form of an Affidavit notarized followed by an agreement/MOU with the signature of all the shareholders which is needed before the filing of a case for partition of property.
