Hello Lawyers,
Greetings!

I have a couple of questions to ask you regarding the ancestors property share, I would like to list them below please help me with this to get the right answer before I move forward.

1. My great grand father had a property on his name and transferred it to my grand father name , before he died he transferred it to my grand mother name. Now my grand mother recently passed away but she gave equal land to all her son's from it to their name, but in my case my father is not a good person and he has got married to another women without divorcing my mom, so my uncle's and my grand mother decided add my mom name in to the property to save the property for us. so the property belongs to both husband and the wife. Now my father is forcing my mom to sign the papers to sell the property, but she is refusing it to do so because she wants the property to share it to me only, but my father refusing it to do. So he is now asking to divide the property into two half for him and half for my mom, In this case is there any solution that we can save the whole property for me, if you don't mind please help me to understand the basic law.
2. Secondly I would like to teach him a lesson for not looking after my mom and me throughout the life and he married other women when we are alive, can anybody please guide me how I can charge on this case.

Your early response will be appreciated.
