1. My father expired and had a flat in a cooperative housing society at Kolkata. My mother and myself, only child, are legal heirs and are getting name transferred with mother name 1st owner and myself 2nd owner.
2. My question is in view of the above is it possible for me to buy second flat in another cooperative housing society at Kolkata with wife first name and myself 2nd name and make my wife only member in the cooperative housing society?
