My mother expired 6 yrs over, bfr tht she made agreement in her father property which came some part to her ,after my mom expired my father has made name as co owner , now he is saying he will give all to his son , he gave his all his property to him which belongs to him but then to he is not ready to give in my mother property also, I need suggestion for this, I am not tht much in financial position ,
