Some else's house sealed with my car parked inside the premises

Hi, I had gifted a car to my sister for which i am still paying the emi. The car was parked in the house of the brother of my sister's father-in-law. Due to some case of property the house got sealed by the bank. Now the car is also trapped in the house and I want to take it out as its registered to my name. How can it be done ? Please advise.

A.You have to move in civil & criminal with all your documents to prove your rights & liability of the movable property,you can also lodge a complaint in the local police station,better to contact a expert lawyer from this panel to take up on all aspects of the issue & protect your movable property quickly.

A.Go to the bank and make application for realise Ur car . U will need all documents show him

R c book. License. Insurance. May be regarding vehicle

Get in touch with the Organisation i.e.,Bank/Financial Institution which has sealed the premises and at the same time get in touch with your Police Station and inform them the actual position.It will be attended if the cause is genuine.

A.You have to file a petition for release your vehicle before the learned Court where the civil suit is pending.
