1965ರಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯು ಕೊಂಡು ಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಜಮೀನು ೨೧ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕುಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಂದಿನಿಂದ ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಾನೇ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಸದರಿ ನನ್ನ ಜಮೀನಿಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ವಕೀಲ ಆಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯದಿಂದ ಕಾಂಪೌಂಡ್ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದಲ್ಲದೇ, 1987ರಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನ ತಾತನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯು ಒಬ್ಬಂಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಯಸ್ಥನೆಂದು ಮನಗಂಡು ನಮ್ಮ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಸರ್ವೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಹ ಬಿಡದೇ, ಸರ್ವೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಬಂದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಗುಂಪು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದು ಹಲ್ಲೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಬೆದರಿಸಿ ಸರ್ವೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಚೈನ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಓಡಿಸಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಸಿಕ್ಕ ಸಿಕ್ಕವರಿಗೆ ಬಿಳಿ ಹಾಳೆಯ ಬೇಲೆ ಬರೆದುಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅತಿಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮಾಡಲು ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಕರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ದುರ್ಬಲರಾದ ನಾವು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಿಂದ ಈ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಈ ಮದ್ಯೆ ಹದ್ದು ಬಸ್ತು ಮಾಡಿಸಿದಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಮುಕ್ಕಾಲು ಎಕರೆಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಗಳಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇ.ಸಿ.ಮತ್ತು ಪಹಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನೇ ಇರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಈ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಪುರಸಭೆಯಿಂದ ಸರ್ವೇ ನಂಬರ್ ನಮೂದಿಸದೇ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಖಾತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನನ್ನ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ನಾನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು? ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿ
