We have a house in my village and it's own by my father.Recently my father's brother issue raised for this house.. He argue with us for he wants to partnership In house. This house was made completely by my father, there is no minimum involvement of my father's brother. How to give answer for his argument

A.Dear Sir,
You may file a simple permanent injunction suit and get an injunction order and restraining your father’s brother from interfering into your legal and continuous possession.

A.For "Partnership" or a share in the house the consent of the owner is required. As long as there exists documented proof that your father is the sole owner, his brother can have no claim in it as long as your father does not agree to give him a partnership.
Since your father is the legal owner, his brother cannot rightfully claim a stake in it without your father's express consent
