Child custody
Hi,
We are divorced and our case is settled in uae court ,I have been given the custody of my child,we are on a vacation to India,my question is can my ex husband file for custody?again?if the case is already settled in uae?what can be done under Muslim law?
A.Dear Sir,
Please get clarification from the UAE advocate only. If child custody is decided by UAE Courts if the children born and brought in UAE then only such custody order will prevail otherwise if the children are Indian citizens then child custody issue can be reopened as far as my knowledge is concerned.

A.Dear client,
Judgments of the Dubai Courts can now be enforced in India as if they were local Indian Court judgments. Therefore, if your ex husband files for custody again, you can use the decree papers as given by the UAE court to prove that the custody has already been granted to you
