A.Dear Client,
Common Road is for a common purpose and is known as a Public Road, Parking of private vehicles on public roads other than the assigned parking place or zone is not permissible and not allowed by the Civic authority. If such parking makes any obstacles or causes any inconvenience, a dispute arises between the resident neighbors. So, in the prevailing situation, it is advisable to settle the dispute amicably with the neighbors to avoid litigation and other consequences.
