I have been married for 4 months. I have been a good husband. The demands have been increasing she wants me to buy a house for her in a city so she can work moment I said no she started accusing me of having an affair, she has constantly being denying physical relations and gone behind my back and is taking oral contraceptives. At first I was letting go and making sacrifices to keep my marriage but I caught her installing spyware on my phone and taking pictures of my office safe. Later she started saying I need to give her in writting that I am she is going back only in her one pair of clothes and jewellery gifted by me is being left behind. I filled a complaint u/s43 of it act for installing spyware and stealing my data. In the police station she demanded 50lacs as alimony we settled at 32 I later booked her a cab to go back home, the cabbie informed me that she was saying she said yes too soon and she could have extorted 50 lacs. The police are trying to settle the matter. Meanwhile time is flying and I have already transferred all my father given assets back to him as per an mou at the time of execution of gift deeds. Am I expected to keep waiting till she decides to either come back or continue to dangling me along or free to start a live in focus an fulfilling my god given responsibilities of progeny and wealth creation? Also I make 15lacs a year with expenses running to 10lacs a year and have a turn over of 8-10cr a year what shall my maintaince be per year, bearing that now my networth has dropped massively after returning my father assets back to him.
