I was married to a Bangladeshi citizen girl on 10 Feb this year. There was a middle man in India who managed to set this up after a 2 months meeting. She does not have Indian Aadhaar card etc. it was only social marriage. She returned to Bangladesh(BD) after 2 months as her visa expired. She will be returning to India in July middle. While we talk over what's app in mobile, I found some suspicious things happening between us. Further I investigated and found some terrible things, like She was previously married in BD, also I found some thing on her Facebook account which shows that she is having a very mean character and have several boyfriends in BD. when I asked her about these she says they are her brothers also I ask her about prev marriage divorce paper etc she says she wont show us rather she will bring it when she will be in India. Now my suspicion is at max we don't talk for the last 1 month. I find myself that I am trapped by a big scandal and scam. I raised my concern to their family that I wont accept her without knowing her Background when her family is saying we wont say about her past. You should have asked these before marriage. Now they are threatening to live with the girl forcefully. As I do not have any emotion for her now and afraid of some mischief by her in my home. in future. Even if she stays with me it will be loveless spouse. At any cost I want to know her background and after that I want to decide on our future relation which they are denying to do.
Shall I go for a court case or I will talk to local police?
Without checking the background of the bride, you make a serious blunder for which now you are facing all these consequences. Even in the absence of registration of marriage under HMA or Spl. Marriage Act, a marriage following the customary rites that is Saptapadi held in the presence of relatives and invitees is held a valid marriage. And now she being your legally married wife if she faces any harassment or cruelty in her matrimonial house, she can go against you and your family to any extent to get the benefits arising out of the marriage. So in case you are not able to resolve the matter amicably inside the four walls, then reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps required for annulment of marriage through a decree of divorce which may be costlier than any other remedy at the moment.

But she does not have Indian citizenship or Adhar card.. how can she be legally my wife?

When she comes to India with a proper Visa and passport and gets married herself during the permitted period of her stay in India following the social and customary rites, she becomes your legally married wife and can claim citizenship in India hereafter and obtain all the statutory documents in her name,
You can ask your wife to sit down and negotiate with you. You can ask a neutral third party to sit through and help you reach a conclusion. If not you can take this matter to the court or the police, whatever feels appropriate
