My mother in law flat at matunga ( mumbai) had gone for redevelopment during that time his son told her to manage her stay as he wanted privacy, so she stayed with daughter. As soon as the New Flat got ready he started buttering mother to stay with him etc as the new flat is in mothers name as she is a widow. The original agreement copy also is with the son. After taking the possession of the new flat mother in law sold the flat but his son with out permission has entered in to flat. She tried to lodge a police complaint but they denied that is a family matter we cannot do anything and get a court order then only we will take action. Meanwhile son is harassing mother and sister through social media and some NGO. Please support what to do.
Please file a complaint under sections 499 and section 503 of IPC for defamation and criminal intimidation against the son. The son has no right to enter the flat. Please file a restraining order against him
