Neighbours don't have parking space
Hello, My neighbour building is G+3 (6 family's) and do not have parking facility for tenants. Only owner can park his car inside the premise. So tenants always cause nusiance by parking there vehicle infront of our house. We have spoken this with owner multiple times but he is also so rude. Can we lodge complaint against the owner for not having parking space?
A.Dear client,
Check local regulations: Review the local regulations or bylaws in your area to determine if there are any requirements for providing parking spaces for residential buildings. Some jurisdictions may have specific rules or minimum parking requirements for multi-family dwellings.
Contact the local authorities: If you believe the owner is not complying with the regulations or bylaws, you can consider contacting the local authorities responsible for enforcing parking regulations. They may be able to investigate the situation and take appropriate action if necessary.
Seek legal advice: Consulting with a lawyer who specializes in property or real estate law can provide you with specific guidance based on the laws and regulations in your area. They can help you understand your rights and options, and assist you in taking appropriate legal action if necessary.
Mediation or neighborhood associations: If there are mediation services or neighborhood associations in your area, you could try involving them to help mediate the issue and find a mutually acceptable solution.
