My uncle has share in the house where my mom stays. Its a house not a flat. My mom repaired it few years back to make it liveable and shifted. there to stay on ground floor. Now he wants to get tenants in the upper floor. Our people who are staying there, he is threatening them . I know he can get people who can be threat to my mom's security. How do we deal with it? we asked him to sell his portion to us, he denied and mentioned I might have to stay. he is NRI and doesn't visit much. He also threatened to file a complaint in NRI cell. We got a lawyer, he kept saying summons have been sent they have not received it. What we do?
