according to you would it be an offence of waging war against the government if someone kills the prime minister? if yes, then why. ? if no,then why ?
( this is a question i am facing in my mock trial competition, any help would be highly appreciated)

A.dear client in your matter you should knock on the door of Judicial system instead of abusing them. If proven guilty before the Court then they will get punished, if not then you would be guilty of defamation.
