A.Dear client,

Changing the name on the share certificate: To change the name on the share certificate, you will likely need to follow the process outlined by the issuing authority or the company that issued the shares. This typically involves providing supporting documentation, such as a gazette notification or an affidavit indicating the name change. It's important to consult with the specific authority or company to understand their requirements and procedures for updating the name on the share certificate.
Regarding the impact on selling the property, the share certificate represents ownership in the company or organization and is separate from the property registration. While the name on the share certificate should ideally match the current legal name, it might not have a direct impact on the property registration process. However, it's essential to consult with a legal professional or the relevant authority to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Shifting the names in the property registration: Changing the order of names in the property registration typically involves executing a new deed or document reflecting the desired change. This process may require the consent of all parties involved and compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing property transfers and registrations. It's crucial to consult with a legal professional who specializes in real estate matters to understand the specific requirements and procedures in your jurisdiction for changing the names in the property registration.
