hi, actually i gave a loan Rs.19500 to my friend and he said that he will return it as soon as possible but now when i ask him that he cannot take the money beacuse of the enmity in front of him,he threatens me if i ask?now what i do?

Please file a complaint against him for criminal intimidation under section 503 IPC and cheating section 420 IPC

A.Dear Sir,
It is very difficult to recover the same unless you go to the Police Station and lodge a complaint saying that he is threatening to take your limb and life as you demanding refund of your loan amount.
