Its a mutual case :- husband and wife got huge fight , we have 3 years baby girl, then parents told us to take divorce, so baby girl is with husband. his mother is looking for her. my husband family found one lawyer from their relatives. I (Wife) was not agree for divorce because in draft husband mentioned that after divorce wife can not meet her daughter, so somehow they took sign from me for first motion, from the beginning tried a lot for reconciliation, then i took mediation in the court . my husband is ready to give alimony amount , i told him i want visitation rights but his family is not ready for that. they are like that mind set we are giving you money so you should listen to us. our lawyer also didn't receive our calls for discussion, they don't allow us to talk with baby. husband is saying if case can dismiss then its fine for me . he is not ready to give visitation rights what else i can to do for that? our mutual case is in pune court .
A.Dear client,
Please file a review application in the Court with the help of an advocate. The court will review the order once again and may issue a favourable order
A.Dear Madam,
You can create forcible circumstances for your husband and his family members to arrive at a compromise at the rate of alimony you desire and take the full child custody if you want since child will be given custody of mother very easily.
