Noise and water pollution by auto wash shop in front of home

Auto wash shop in front of my home is having water stagnation and lots of noise pollution. They also park vehicles in front of my home. When we ask about all these issues every time they talk so bad and also their customers are using same kind of unbearable words. Shop owner and employees are asking us to go and live in cemetery to live and tried to hit us. This has become day to day stressful situation for us. Please advise to make them vacate them for us to live peacefully.
