Hi lawyers,
A house is given to rent and it is in housing board, now the rent people are saying this property is sold to them by my father and showing so made up documents, in those documents the sign is not my father's we can clearly tell that. My father has passed away and knowing this the rent people are trying to grab the house for themselves. Written an FIR in police station. Now the matter is going to court. So we need to hire a lawyer and before doing that need advices like what will be the costs involved in court matters and how much the lawyer fee will be. Please help us on this as we live in different location ie the rent house is 100kms from were we live. Need to plan travelling and should we appear for every court hearings?
