Erecting a wall

Hi, I want to erect a wall between my and my uncle’s portion of house. This house used to be a combined house but both the portions have their own exits and Legal registry in the respective name. But my uncle now is trying to construct an Aluminium partition by encroaching into our portion with a door in between to have a free pass into our section of house. Considering that my uncle is having a lot of influence and is a goon, where i can get help to construct a proper wall and stop him from creating a partition in my portion? I can want to create a wall in my defined land and get rid from him.
