A person has ONLY roof rights in a 3 storey building and No ownership of any of the floors.
Does he has any proportionate land rights attached to the roof rights? Or the land rights belong only to the floor owners collectively?

A.Dear Client,
Floor owners of the building got both land and roof rights collectively. The rooftops of the Building are also known as an open terrace and a part of the common area useable for all the floor owners of the building.

Terrace forms part of common area for benefit of all members. You are entitled access to terrace for installation and maintenance of water tanks , dish antennae etc
