Property law - We have done registration for a site Property law - We have done registration for a site

We have done registration for a site on last Friday 18.8.2023 from promoters but still the document status is kept pending with the reason of determination of land value. I came from uae for registration and i need to go back to uae within a week but still I didn't get registered document yet. I want to know how long the registrar will take to complete the document. Also I want to know is there any possibility to cancel my document.

A.Dear client,
Depending on whether or not you have all the documents in place, the land registration process can take anywhere from 5-14 days. Make sure you have all the relevant documents before you head to the sub-registrar's office.
